■ Exquisite structure: The compressor, evaporator and condenser of the WXE modular magnetic levitation variable frequency centrifugal chiller are arranged from top to bottom with a compact structure. The size of a single module is as low as 1487mm*1029mm*2012mm (length*width*height), the standard weight is 1.43T, the weight without refrigerant is 1.35T, and it can enter the 1.35T passenger elevator car. Under the same cooling capacity, the unit area only needs 50% of the traditional unit, which not only saves the investment of the machine room, but also facilitates the transportation and installation of the unit for the renovation project.
■ Convenient transportation: It adopts channel steel base design, which can be transferred by forklift, without large lifting equipment during the entire transportation and handling process, saving hoisting costs. It can be transported to the desired floor by passenger elevator for installation. Easily solve the problem that the machine room is on the middle floor or the top floor, and there is no transportation channel for unit replacement.
■ High efficiency and energy saving: The magnetic suspension frequency conversion technology is adopted, and the compressor is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which greatly reduces the mechanical transmission loss, and the IPLV first-level energy efficiency meets the policy of energy saving and tax rebate.
