■ The forward-inclined centrifugal fan with wide impeller and low speed has been strictly adjusted for dynamic balance and has stable performance. High-efficiency sound-absorbing and thermal insulation materials are used to reduce the operating noise of the unit on the basis of ensuring the air volume and the static pressure of the air outlet.
■ The design of the unit is symmetrical, the user can easily change the left and right takeover directions of the unit on site; the unit with return air box can change the return air mode of the unit on site. Unit installation saves time and effort.
■ The heat exchange coil is made of high-quality air-conditioning thin-walled copper tubes, with high-efficiency hyperbolic hydrophilic aluminum fins, and precision mechanical expansion tubes, which have high heat exchange efficiency. The enhanced air supply of the large air volume and wide impeller fan enables the unit to exert the maximum heat transfer efficiency.
■ The condensate pan is formed by stamping as a whole, without welding seams and solder joints; the thermal insulation material is attached to the water pan as a whole, which greatly reduces the phenomenon of dripping water. The specially designed water pan has a certain inclination to ensure that the condensate drains quickly.
■ Using single-phase capacitive motor, with high-precision and long-lasting lubricated sealed high-quality ball bearings, low noise and long service life. A new type of DC brushless motor can be selected, which greatly reduces the running power consumption and is highly efficient and energy-saving.
